Cwm Cwareli Vessel

Rawnsley, Pamela

Rydyn ni’n gweithio ar ryddhau’r ddelwedd hon.

Vessel of flattened cup form, silver with a gold handle, small flat rectangular base, two narrow sides tapering to a point at the top, two broad sides swelling slightly towards the top, an applied flat rim that overhangs on the inner side, an applied curved flat handle in gold fixed to one side along its length and slightly proud of the rim at its top, the silver surface plain but slightly matted (lightly abraded).

Mae'r wefan hon yn tynnu ar ddata casgliadau hŷn. Rydyn ni'n cydnabod y gall peth o'r wybodaeth fod wedi dyddio neu'n gwahaniaethu, ac yn gweithio i ddiweddaru ein cofnodion. Os oes gennych gwestiwn neu sylw ar ddarn o gelf, cysylltwch â ni.

Civilian Victim, Vietnam, 1967. ---- Vietnam. This woman was tagged, probably by a sympathetic corpsman, with the designation VNC (Vietnamese civilian). This was unusual. Wounded civilians were normally tagged VCS (Vietcong suspect) and all dead peasants were posthumously elevated to the rank of VCC (Vietcong confirmed).
