  Chwyddo / Rhagor o ddelweddau (3)

Depicts a double-decker red bus on the road through Rhondda with a motorcycle passing beside and mining machinery overhead. This was painted during his post-war period which saw the production of paintings that reflected both his childhood in the grey steel town of Dowlais and his new life in the green landscape of Devon.

Mae'r wefan hon yn tynnu ar ddata casgliadau hŷn. Rydyn ni'n cydnabod y gall peth o'r wybodaeth fod wedi dyddio neu'n gwahaniaethu, ac yn gweithio i ddiweddaru ein cofnodion. Os oes gennych gwestiwn neu sylw ar ddarn o gelf, cysylltwch â ni.

GB. ENGLAND. Isle of Wight. Pop festival. Girls with the bouffant hairstyle popular at the time. It was a mainstream hairstyle in the mid-to-late 18th century in western Europe. It was thought to be created for Marie Antoinette, as she had relatively thin hair and wanted to create the illusion of having very full hair. 1969.
