<p>Large lidded jar, reduced etruria marl, unglazed, narrow circular base with straight tapering sides giving an overall conical form, four horizontal 'ribs' evenly spaced around the body with deliberately rough finish, resulting in small protrusions or 'scrapings' of fired clay around each rib, the cover is flat with three circular 'ribs' and a flange to the interior; the surface finished with linseed oil.</p>

<p>Figure, soft-paste porcelain, clear glaze, humanoid/anthropomorphic form, standing non four squat legs, the body composed of an amorphous, billowing, flowing mass, the face with pierced eyes and wearing a hat or headdress of a similarly billowing form to the body construction; decorated with pierced lines that follow and highlight the contours of the body, hair and headdress.</p>

<p>Figure of a seated Pope, slipcast earthenware, coated in white slip, decorated under a clear glaze with graffiti-like inscriptions, transfer prints based on line drawings of Christ wearing the crown of thorns, Adam, Eve and Adam and Eve together (probably after Masaccio's Expulsion from the Garden of Eden), marbled and painted red slip, dripped green and brown glazes.</p>
